Erik is not only a one-of-a-kind photographer, but also person. Neither my now-husband or I have ever been comfortable in front of a camera and knew we needed someone who put our anxieties at ease. Erik did that and so much more. He directed our engagement shoot and wedding photos with a self-assured, confident, and easygoing attitude. He had an idea for every shot, but helped us come out of our shells to need less and less direction as the time went on. We went from asking "does this look okay?" to being 100% confident that we didn't have to worry about a thing. All we had to do was show up and be ourselves, Erik took care of the rest. When Erik is taking photos, you really feel like he's your number one hype-man, and can feel the effort and care he puts into making each moment magical.
